Warranty Coverage
We provide a workmanship warranty covering structural defects caused by manufacturing or assembly faults under normal residential use.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
- Damage from extreme weather events, flooding, or natural disasters
- Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties
- Cosmetic changes such as natural timber aging, minor colour fading, or surface weathering
- Damage caused by animals chewing, scratching, or excessive force
Timber & Natural Materials
As timber is a natural product, slight variations in colour, grain, and texture may occur. Over time, natural expansion, contraction, or minor surface cracking may happen due to environmental conditions. These are considered normal characteristics and are not manufacturing defects.
Customer Responsibilities
To help maximise the lifespan of your kennel, we recommend:
- Placing the kennel on a stable and level surface
- Performing routine cleaning and maintenance
- Ensuring proper ventilation and drainage
- Inspecting the kennel periodically for general upkeep
